To be a lawyer one must have attended law school for a number of years. The number of years varies from country to country and so does the law itself. Other countries however allow for one to self educate themselves and then do an exam. They have to be well tuned in the workings of the law constitution before they can help others with their expertise. Lawyers have degrees in Law. Sometimes, the role of lawyers is misunderstood by people, especially in controversial cases.
